We conduct standard referencing checks including employment verification, previous landlord references, and credit checks to ensure a good fit for both parties.

We typically require a deposit equivalent to a number of weeks rent, we do our best to accommodate. this deposit held securely in a government approved deposit protection scheme throughout your tenancy.

The majority of our properties are offered unfurnished, allowing you to make the space your own. Some properties may include white goods such as a washing machine or fridge freezer. We can help with providing or sourcing basic furniture.
